Aligning to Your Mission

You are changing the world, but not in the way you think you are

Our civilization is on the brink of a new paradigm. We’re not just tinkering around the edges, making improvements to outdated systems, or {my favorite} “putting lipstick on a pig.”

Ohhhh no, we are shifting into a whole new operating system ~ upgrading the energetic structures that generate our reality.

You know you have a role to play in this monumental transition.

You may have a calling, vision or mission {even if you can’t yet name exactly what it is} that contributes to a better world.

Unlike the Industrial Age, though, the next stage in humanity’s evolution is not being created through the development of new products, services or technologies {although it certainly includes these}.

As a regenerative leader, it’s less about what you are doing ~ what new product or service you’re bringing to the world ~ and all about who and how you are being.

We are not building the future. We are aligning with it.

Humanity and the Earth are evolving into a higher bandwidth of energy than the denser, slower moving energies of fear, separation and scarcity that have been driving our experience for eons.

This elevated bandwidth is where love, joy and true thriving reside.

As you align with these energies, they increasingly become part of your lived experience.

As more and more people align with them, they increasingly become our collective reality.

An inside-out approach

From a linear, old-paradigm perspective, we think it looks like this:

• We need to create regenerative products, services and/or businesses —>

• so that we can make the world a better place —>

• so that we get to be who we most want to be and live the way we most want to live.

But when you are called to lead or contribute to a truly regenerative initiative, your approach will be just about the reverse. Here’s why:

In the old paradigm, your work is outside of you ~ something you do to meet lower egoic needs and to “make things happen.” In the new paradigm, there is no such separation. Your most fulfilling work comes through you as an expression of your true essence.

Your unique mission {and the new reality} reveals itself naturally the more you come into alignment with your most authentic self.

So, how the heck do you do be that?

Aligning to your mission

It’s already happening.

You are in the midst of a metamorphic journey. You are in the process of orienting to your most authentic self ~ increasingly coming to know, love and live as the you who already exists in your natural state.

You’re questioning old belief systems, peeling back layers of who you thought you needed to be, and alchemizing old patterns that no longer serve you and weigh you down.

You are coming to deeply understand your unique interests, passions, and values ~ and increasingly making choices and taking action from that space.

This is all happening organically in your world. No need to look for these initiatory experiences, no need to go out and find your purpose. Your mission will bring to you the experiences you most need exactly when you need them and are ready for them.

As you embody more of your authentic self, you gain greater clarity around your essential genius and the impact you are uniquely designed to make.

You are changing the world as you transform yourself

You are one of the pioneering leaders who are weaving the fabric of our new reality, having said Yes to a courageous journey few dare to take.

By living, leading and loving from the higher-frequency bandwidth, you are aligning to your true essence, your mission and our regenerative future.

This world is not materializing outside of you. It is emerging through you.
