Such a beautiful introduction to you, Holly, and Regenerating Leadership. So much of why you are here on Substack and what you choose to write about is resonant with and in alignment for me. I have recently joined the community and posts like this reinforce my decision to be here. Thank you.
Oh, so lovely to receive your reflection, Sonja. Hearing how this landed for you brought a smile to my face and a warmth to my heart. Welcome to the Substack realm ~ may it support you in sharing more of your genius with the world! {I feel like I just met a fellow new kid on the block, secretly hoping we can be friends.}
Exploring healthy and holistic models of leadership and shared leadership are so needed today. Command and control is relevant for acute situations when every movement has to be coordinated but even that is mediated and enhanced by everyone's agency when they understand the situation and what needs to be done. Most of the time cooperative shared leadership and mentoring is how I want to be working so I am eager to hear what you are ruminating over and the lived experience of others in this space. Thank you.
