Great questions! The current challenge I'm encountering is people remaining silent and staying in the shadows of our Cause, often unaware of their talents and how they can leverage them. I can see and feel their compassion and eagerness to make a difference, but I'm not certain that they understand how to channel their energy effectively towards contributing. I think it might be part of the old 'apathy versus activism' polarities that we've talked about many times before!

I think you’re going to see a lot of people stepping forward as you continue to lead this movement from the perspective of wholeness, engaging roundtables that match people’s gifts & excitement with clearly stated needs, and seeking solutions beyond the fight by finding the common ground that people {and big corporations} most care about. I’m so excited to see how all of this unfolds!
